Massage Therapy
Swedish Massage: Therapeutic massage consisting of gentle, rhythmic massage movements.
Deep Tissue Massage: Intensely therapeutic massage consisting of deliberate and customized techniques, targeting specific areas in need of relief.
Foot Reflexology: Compression techniques used on the feet to open the flow of communication between your organs and systems.
Hot Stone: Enhance relaxation and tension-release with hot stones applied to your back and shoulders.
Trigger Points: Deep, constant, intense pressure applied to specific points on muscles to release them.
Body Cupping: Especially good for pain! Negative pressure invoked by the suction cups pulls on the muscles instead of pushing, as traditional massage does. The suction promotes increased blood circulation, which may help relieve muscle tension and promote cellular repair.
Infrared Heat Lamp: Accelerates blood circulation, improves metabolism, relieves pain and promotes relaxation.
Acutonics
Basically, this is a relaxing form of non-invasive acupuncture, based on Asian medicine. Vibrating tuning forks are placed on acupuncture points to address all imbalances, both physical and emotional.

Reiki
The word reiki means "Universal Life Force Energy." Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing where the practitioner can apply light touch on some of your main chakras or not even touch you at all, hovering the hands over your body. This reiki energy is intelligent and knows where to flow to open, clear and balance your energy centers.
Reiki can be employed to:

-Induce relaxation

-Uncover emotions to assist with your own growth, development and transformation
Sound Healing
As you lie comfortably on a massage table, or yoga mat, the practitioner will weave the sacred sounds of a variety of instruments to address your specific needs. The vibration of these sounds goes into your bones, blood, organs, nerves and other tissues, shakes things up, reorganizes things and brings their vibration toward a healthy frequency.
Sound Healing can be used to:

-Balance the nervous system
-Assist with pain management
-Improve brain function and clarity of mind

Facials
Energy Facial: Full professional spa facial customized to your individual needs and wants, using Dermalogica products, with a dash of energy to take it to the next level. Energetic modalities for the face include tuning forks, reiki, and cupping. (30 or 60 minutes for this service alone)
Facial Sculpting with Cups: Small facial cups are used to gently pull the skin away from deeper layers of fascia. This increases blood flow to the area and rejuvenates the skin without leaving cup marks behind. Increases oxygen-rich blood flow and stimulates cells responsible for collagen production,

Manual Lymph Drainage of the Face, Neck and Decollete: Highly specialized gentle "massage" using a very specific technique, rhythm, sequence and extremely light pressure applied to the face, neck and decollete to encourage natural flow of lymph in the head. Can aid aging and acneic skin, inflammation, headaches and can induce relaxation.
Group Sound Healing Meditations
You will lie on a yoga mat in a room with other people doing the same thing. The practitioner will play instruments and voice from the front of the room as well as moving around the room, sometimes playing instruments on or around you. It is recommended that you bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket and anything else that will assist with your comfort level. Some people like to bring eye masks.
